What I do

Format 1: 3-month operator sprint (2–3 days/week)

I enter daily team work and fix execution from the inside. I run priorities, sprint rhythm, decisions between product and engineering.

Available daily in Slack, regularly on operational calls and retrospectives.

Format 2: fractional CPO/CTO (1–2 days/week)

I run the C-level layer without a full-time commitment: product strategy, architecture decisions, hiring and delivery management under KPIs.

Remote-first, CET timezone. Works well for EU founders and international VC-backed teams.
