I built startups before I started helping others build theirs.

20 years of enterprise delivery and startup building. Today I work as fractional CTO, CPO and advisor when a founder needs to close the execution gap and get back to predictable tempo.

My background

I started in enterprise environments where decision quality, accountability and follow-through are what matter. That is where I learned that a good plan without delivery means nothing, and every delay has a real cost.

Then I built my own companies — AnkietaPlus as a solo founder, Natu.Care as CEO & Co-founder — and stepped in as CTO/CPO at companies that wanted to scale faster than their processes could support.

Today I combine both perspectives: I understand the pressure a founder faces and the language an investor speaks. I step in when you need someone who will not just advise, but close — hands-on, with accountability for the outcome.

Timeline

2006–2012

Enterprise delivery

Built and implemented solutions for large organisations, learning how to operate at scale and how to take ownership of delivery to completion.

2013–2016

AnkietaPlus

Built my own SaaS product from scratch as a solo operator and brought it to stable, self-sustaining operation.

2016–2019

Zety + BOLD

Joined Zety to scale product and teams, then went through acquisition and operated inside a post-M&A structure at BOLD.

2020–2023

Mindgram

Led CTO/CPO responsibilities and rebuilt delivery during an intensive growth phase, scaling to 1M+ users across 80 countries.

2023–2025

Natu.Care

Co-founded and built operationally as a founder-operator — from first decisions through product-market fit to active scaling across 27 EU markets.

2025–present

MoreGrowth + advisory

Combining operator and advisor roles. I step in where product, tech and execution need to be restructured.
